Galent in Dallas, TX, seeks a Senior Java Fullstack Developer/Lead/Architect with 10+ years of experience in full stack development, architecture, and technical leadership. You will drive architecture decisions, establish engineering standards, and mentor teams to deliver enterprise-grade solutions.

Proficiency in Angular, TypeScript, Java, Spring Boot, and microservices is required, with hands-on work on Kafka, SQL/NoSQL, Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, and security standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field or equivalent practical experience.
• 10+ years of experience in full stack development, architecture and leadership.
• Strong hands-on experience with Java, Spring, RESTful APIs and microservices.
• Experience with Kafka or similar messaging/event streaming platforms.
• Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases, JPA or Hibernate, and performance tuning.
• Proficiency with Docker, Kubernetes and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure).
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and Git-based workflows.
• Knowledge of OAuth 2.0, OIDC and JWT security standards.
• Proven ability to mentor teams and govern engineering decisions.
• Comfortable in Agile environments and collaborating with stakeholders.
