Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field or equivalent practical experience.
• 10+ years of experience in full stack development, architecture and leadership.
• Strong hands-on experience with Java, Spring, RESTful APIs and microservices.
• Experience with Kafka or similar messaging/event streaming platforms.
• Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases, JPA or Hibernate, and performance tuning.
• Proficiency with Docker, Kubernetes and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure).
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and Git-based workflows.
• Knowledge of OAuth 2.0, OIDC and JWT security standards.
• Proven ability to mentor teams and govern engineering decisions.

Job purpose

We are looking for a Principal Full Stack Engineer – Service Delivery Manager with 10+ years of experience in full stack development, application architecture, and technical leadership. The ideal candidate must have strong hands‑on expertise in Angular, TypeScript, Java, Spring Boot, and microservices. Experience with Kafka, SQL/NoSQL databases, AWS/Azure, Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, and application security is required. The candidate will lead architecture decisions, establish engineering standards, mentor technical teams, and collaborate with senior stakeholders to deliver enterprise‑scale solutions.

Job Description:-

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

10+ years of relevant experience in full stack development, architecture, and technical leadership.

Deep experience with Java, Spring, and Spring Boot, including RESTful APIs and microservices architectures.

Experience with Kafka or comparable messaging and event streaming platforms.

Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases, JPA or Hibernate, and performance tuning.

Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.

Experience with Jenkins, Git, CI/CD, and testing frameworks such as JUnit, Mockito, and Jasmine.

Experience with application security standards including OAuth 2.0, OIDC, and JWT.

Proven experience owning application architecture, establishing engineering governance, and mentoring technical leaders.

Comfortable working in Agile environments and collaborating with senior business and technical stakeholders.

Ideally, you’ll also have
