Job summary

iVueit is seeking a Senior Full Stack Developer to join our engineering team in Columbus, OH. The role blends backend GoLang leadership with frontend React.js and TypeScript work. You will design architecture, guide delivery, and help shape projects from inception to production.

You will own reliable systems, participate in on-call rotations, and ensure scalable, secure services on AWS. Collaboration across product and ops in a hybrid environment is expected to raise speed and quality while

Qualifications

• 5+ years of full stack development experience.
• Strong proficiency in GoLang (backend services, APIs, gRPC).
• Strong experience with React.js and TypeScript.
• Proven ability to lead system design, architecture, and design-pattern decisions.
• Experience with MySQL or PostgreSQL relational databases.
• Experience designing and shipping RESTful and/or gRPC APIs in production.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and production support.
• Hands-on experience operating on AWS.
• Experience with observability/monitoring tools (Datadog, Sentry) and on-call.
• Proficiency with Git and Agile development practices.
• Demonstrated, responsible use of AI-assisted development tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead the system design and architecture of new projects — define the approach, make the trade-offs, and guide the team through delivery.
• Design, build, deploy, and maintain scalable backend services in GoLang, including gRPC service design and RESTful APIs
• Build modern frontend experiences in React.js and TypeScript
• Design and evolve relational database schemas and data models (MySQL / PostgreSQL)
• Own production reliability: support and maintain live applications, participate in the on-call rotation, and monitor system health using Datadog and Sentry
• Contribute to reporting and analytics workflows (e.g., AWS QuickSight)
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and deployment workflows
• Deploy and operate applications on AWS
• Use AI development tools responsibly to build and test software faster and better
• Work in an Agile environment with cross-functional teams
