Addison Group in Dallas, TX is seeking a Senior Full Stack Engineer / Architect to design, build, and lead new software solutions from ground up in a greenfield environment.

You will translate business needs into scalable, secure applications using Python, Django, JavaScript, SQL, and Azure, while mentoring teammates and shaping engineering standards.

Fully onsite in Addison, you will own projects across the full lifecycle and collaborate with stakeholders to drive technology strategy.

Qualifications

• Experience building enterprise-scale applications.
• Hands-on engineer/architect with ability to lead technical decisions.
• Experience in regulated industries (healthcare/financial services) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design, architect, and develop new applications and technology solutions from the ground up.
