Job summary

Salesforce is seeking a Lead Member of Technical Staff (LMTS) for the Informatica Cloud team in Redwood City, CA. The role combines design systems leadership with full-stack cloud engineering and AI-assisted SDLC tooling to deliver an iPaaS platform for data integration and governance.

You will own architecture across UI, microservices, APIs, and cloud infrastructure, mentor engineers, and drive AI-enabled patterns the team adopts for scalable, high-quality products.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of software engineering experience spanning enterprise backend and modern frontend.
• Frontend architecture experience with React/TypeScript and design systems.
• Backend experience with Java/Spring, REST/GraphQL, and cloud deployment.

Responsibilities

• Architect and own full-stack architectural delivery across UI and backend.
• Lead frontend architecture and design-system adoption across product teams; ensure WCAG-compliant code.
• Drive AI-native engineering practices to accelerate development and automated pipelines.
• Lead feature delivery end-to-end with accurate estimates and schedules.
• Ensure quality by collaborating with QA across unit/integration/visual/e2e testing.
• Mentor engineers on architecture, testing, accessibility, and AI tooling use.
• Communicate progress with stakeholders and document technical decisions.
• Support customers and field engineers with troubleshooting complex issues.
