Job summary

L3Harris Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Senior Manager of Full-Stack Application Development to lead design, delivery, and support of enterprise apps on Palantir Foundry. You will guide architecture, mentoring, and hands-on development to drive scalable, data-driven solutions for enterprise users.

The role emphasizes leadership, development standards, UI/UX excellence, and collaboration with IT and business stakeholders to modernize operations and analytics capabilities across the organization.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required with 9+ years of related experience; graduate degree with 7+ years acceptable.
Hands-on experience building enterprise apps in Palantir Foundry (Workshop, UI Components, Ontology Views, Code Repositories).
Strong full-stack skills in Python, JavaScript, TypeScript, or equivalent.
Demonstrated ability to design user-centric UI/UX, responsive interfaces, and usability best practices.
Proven mentoring and leadership of development teams; experience in architecture and code reviews.

Responsibilities

Lead, coach, and manage a team of full-stack developers delivering enterprise applications on Palantir Foundry.
Provide hands-on technical leadership: architectural guidance, design reviews, and complex problem solving.
Set technical direction, development standards, and secure, maintainable architectures.
Oversee design, development, testing, deployment, and lifecycle management of user-facing apps, dashboards, APIs, and data pipelines.
Promote UI/UX standards and partner with stakeholders to improve usability and adoption.
Plan, prioritize, and drive application development aligned with business priorities and delivery commitments.
Collaborate with Product Owners, Data Architecture, and IT leadership to define requirements for scalable data-driven solutions.
Drive continuous improvement of development processes, software engineering practices, and operational efficiency.
Lead root-cause analysis for cross-functional platform issues and ensure enterprise security/governance standards.
Manage staffing, performance, career development, hiring, and resource planning; foster a high-performing culture.
Communicate strategy, status, risks, and performance to executives.
Develop and maintain technical documentation and operational procedures.
