Job summary

L3Harris Technologies in Melbourne, FL / Arlington, VA / Herndon, VA / Plano, TX area seeks a Senior Manager of Full-Stack Application Development to lead design, delivery, and operational support of enterprise apps on Palantir Foundry. You will guide a team of developers, set standards, and contribute technically when needed to ensure scalable, user-centered solutions for complex workloads.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree and minimum 9 years of prior relevant experience. Graduate Degree and a minimum 7 years of prior related experience. In lieu of a degree, minimum of 13 years of prior related experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, develop, and manage a team of full-stack application developers responsible for delivering enterprise applications within the Palantir Foundry platform.
• Serve as a hands-on technical leader by providing architectural guidance, mentoring developers, reviewing solution designs, resolving complex technical challenges, and contributing directly to application development when needed to support delivery priorities.
• Establish technical direction, development standards, coding practices, and application architecture to ensure scalable, secure, maintainable, and high-quality solutions.
• Oversee the design, development, testing, deployment, and lifecycle management of user-facing applications, workflows, dashboards, APIs, data pipelines, and ontology-driven solutions.
• Establish and promote UI/UX design standards and best practices, ensuring applications provide intuitive, accessible, and consistent user experiences while partnering with business stakeholders to continuously improve usability and adoption.
