L3Harris Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Senior Manager for Full-Stack Application Development to lead a team delivering enterprise applications on the Palantir Foundry platform. You will guide architecture, mentor developers, and contribute hands-on when needed to meet delivery priorities.

The role emphasizes technical direction, UI/UX excellence, and collaboration with business and IT leaders to modernize operations and enable data-driven decision support across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 9+ years in software or application development; leadership experience.
• Hands-on enterprise app development in Palantir Foundry.
• Strong full-stack skills with Python, JavaScript, TypeScript.
• Experience leading UI/UX driven, data-centric applications.
• SDLC, Agile, DevOps, and production support experience.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Experience with data integration and enterprise data systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, develop, and manage a team of full‑stack developers for enterprise apps on Palantir Foundry.
• Provide architectural guidance, mentor developers, review designs, and contribute hands-on when needed.
• Set technical direction, coding standards, and secure, maintainable architectures.
• Oversee design, development, testing, deployment, and lifecycle of user-facing apps, dashboards, APIs, and data pipelines.
• Promote UI/UX standards to ensure accessible, intuitive experiences for business users.
• Plan, prioritize, and drive application development aligned with business goals and delivery commitments.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Data, Platform teams, and IT leadership to define requirements.
• Improve development processes, software engineering practices, performance, and efficiency.
• Lead problem solving, root-cause analyses, and resolution of cross-functional issues.
• Ensure solutions meet security, governance, usability, and reliability standards.
• Manage staffing, performance, and career development while fostering a high-performing culture.
• Communicate strategy, status, risks, and performance to leaders.
• Develop and maintain standards, docs, procedures, and best practices for ongoing evolution.
