Job summary

AT&T is seeking an experienced Software Developer to design, develop, test, and support enterprise applications. You will work across the full SDLC with Angular/React front-ends, Node.js and Python back-ends, and APIs.

Mentoring, architectural input, and modernization efforts are expected as part of this role. Strong CI/CD, cloud-native approaches, and data platforms like Databricks or Snowflake are highly desirable.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, or a related technical field is desired.
• 5+ years of experience in software development, application support, and web application technologies is expected.
• Experience with Angular and/or React, Node.js, Python, API development, and database technologies is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, code, and test software applications that meet business requirements and user needs.
• Maintain and enhance existing applications to resolve defects, improve performance, and ensure compatibility with evolving technologies.
• Partner with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements and user stories, and create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation.
• Conduct code reviews, unit testing, and integration testing, and provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance.
• Work closely with business, product, architecture, data, infrastructure, and other technology teams to deliver integrated solutions.
• Lead complex development initiatives, manage priorities and dependencies, identify risks, and support timely delivery.
• Provide technical guidance, contribute to architectural decisions, mentor less-experienced team members, and stay current with industry trends.
