Job summary

Jobgether SRL seeks an experienced full-stack engineer to design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using React, C#/.NET, Node.js, Next.js, and Express. You will build APIs, integrate data across services, and contribute to AI-powered features and agent-based workflows.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and at least 5 years of relevant professional experience.
• Strong experience designing, developing, and maintaining full stack web applications.
• Proficiency with modern frontend frameworks, particularly React, including Context API and Hooks.
• Backend development experience using C#/.NET and JavaScript/TypeScript technologies (Node.js, Next.js, Express).
• Solid understanding of API design, data integration, architecture, and performance.
• Experience with geospatial technologies (ESRI, PostGIS, Mapbox).
• Ability to troubleshoot complex problems and deliver effective solutions.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills for technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
• Experience designing or contributing to agentic systems and multi-agent workflows.
• Understanding of RAG patterns, agent orchestration, and A2A communication.
• Familiarity with AI development tools (Claude, Cursor).
• Proactive learner with interest in emerging technologies.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable frontend and backend applications using modern frameworks and patterns.
• Build, integrate, and optimize REST, GraphQL, and other APIs for high-performance systems.
• Apply best practices for code quality, security, performance, and testing.
• Contribute to AI-powered features and agent-based components including multi-agent workflows.
• Support RAG, vector data access, and contextual retrieval strategies.
• Collaborate on architectures for agent orchestration and A2A communication.
• Develop and execute automated testing strategies to improve reliability.
• Deploy applications via CI/CD, partnering with DevOps for production readiness.
• Diagnose and resolve complex issues across frontend, backend, API, and integration layers.
• Work with developers, designers, DevOps and domain experts to deliver features.
• Participate in code reviews and improve engineering standards and practices.
• Mentor and support junior developers across frontend, backend, and integration development.
