KellyMitchell Group is seeking a Senior Full-Stack AI Engineer to design and build AI-powered applications and agentic workflows. You will blend full-stack development with API integration and hands-on AI engineering to create intelligent agents on custom apps.

The role emphasizes practical, on-the-ground coding using AI-assisted tools, with focus on LangChain, LangGraph, RAG, LLMs, and MLOps. Remote work is supported, with opportunities across strategic projects.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience with hands-on AI/LLM projects.
• Recent, hands-on experience building AI/LLM-powered applications or AI agents.
• Strong experience with Node.js backend development and Vue.js frontend frameworks.
• Hands-on experience with LangChain and LangGraph for agent design.
• Experience with RAG and LLM application development.
• Understanding of MLOps and deploying AI solutions.
• Experience developing and integrating REST APIs and enterprise integrations.
• Experience with PostgreSQL or similar relational databases.
• Cloud platform experience, with Azure preferred.
• Strong fundamentals: code review, validation, debugging, testing AI-generated code.
• Ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and integrate AI agents into custom business applications.
• Build and maintain pipelines/workflows enabling AI agents to operate.
• Develop backend services and APIs using Node.js.
• Build frontend applications using Vue.js.
• Design agentic workflows using LangChain/LangGraph.
• Develop and implement RAG solutions.
• Integrate LLM capabilities into existing apps and processes.
• Work with PostgreSQL and cloud-based AI solutions; leverage Azure.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into solutions.
• Support AI-assisted development and validate generated code.
