Job summary

Qualifications

• A degree or four or more years of work experience.
• Six or more years of relevant experience required, demonstrated through work, military, or training.
• Experience in Cloud-Native & Automation Architecture with full-stack engineering in resilient apps and API-first automation workflows.
• Experience in driving modular, reusable code architectures to abstract infrastructure complexities.

Responsibilities

• Autonomous Operations: using AI agents to automate network deployments, health checks, config audits, and service assurance.
• Machine-readable Procedures: transform static docs into executable formats for AI actors.
• Unified Automation: consolidate network procedures into a cohesive system.
• Closed-Loop Service Assurance: design self-healing network frameworks with real-time telemetry.
• Strategic Alignment: translate use cases into scalable platform capabilities with stakeholders.
• Technical Leadership: guide ATOM Platform engineers across onshore and offshore teams.
• System Stability: act as SME with QA and prod-support to maintain premium operation.
• End-to-End Development: full-cycle app dev leveraging AI to optimize delivery.
