Job summary

AssistRx, Inc. seeks a Staff Full-Stack AI Engineer (Level IV) to lead senior engineering efforts with an AI focus across the healthcare specialty medication access ecosystem.

You will design, build, and deploy end-to-end production solutions spanning UI, APIs, backend services, data workflows, cloud infrastructure, and AI-enabled components. You will translate ambiguous clinical workflows into technical strategies, set standards for security, reliability, and cost efficiency, and mentor

Qualifications

• 7+ years of professional software engineering experience delivering production systems.
• Strong full-stack experience with web apps, REST APIs, backend services, data access and testing.
• Experience with modern frontend frameworks (React, etc.) and cloud architecture.
• Experience delivering LLM or GenAI capabilities in production and monitoring.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end design, development, testing, deployment, and production support for full-stack applications.
• Build GenAI functionality and conventional app features based on initiative needs.
• Translate business requirements into clear technical plans and measurable outcomes.
• Design secure REST APIs, event-driven services, and scalable integrations.
• Mentor engineers and drive cross-team collaboration and best practices.
