Job summary

Citi in Irving, TX seeks a highly skilled Full Stack Engineer with Java, Angular, microservices, and AI focus to lead AI-enabled engineering initiatives in Citi Banking Technology for M&A use cases.

You will design, develop, and deploy scalable, secure applications, mentor juniors, and drive best practices across CI/CD, testing, and observability, leveraging agentic AI to create intelligent agents for business challenges.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of hands-on experience in full-stack software development.
• Proven experience with scalable microservices and event-driven architectures (Kafka, RabbitMQ).
• Strong front-end expertise with Angular and TypeScript/JavaScript.
• Experience deploying AI capabilities, including agentic AI in enterprise environments.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain high-performance full-stack apps using Java, Angular, microservices, and event-based architectures.
• Lead the integration of AI capabilities, focusing on agentic AI for M&A business use cases.
• Architect and implement resilient microservices and event-driven systems with strong security.
• Develop responsive front-end interfaces with Angular and maintainable UX.
• Contribute to all SDLC phases: requirements, design, coding, testing, deployment, support.
• Promote code quality, CI/CD, security, and comprehensive documentation; mentor juniors.
