Rippling, the pioneer in unified HR, IT, and finance platforms, is seeking a Senior Software Engineer for Rippling AI. You will own end-to-end backend and frontend initiatives, building scalable agent infrastructure and AI-powered user experiences that are trustworthy and intuitive.

Qualifications

5+ years of software engineering experience across full stack.
Proven experience with platform and distributed systems.
Proficiency in React and TypeScript for frontend.
Strong collaboration with product and design teams.

Responsibilities

Own end-to-end technical design for AI platform initiatives across backend and frontend.
Build scalable agent infrastructure to automate workflows.
Design and implement user-facing AI experiences that are observable and intuitive.
Develop platform capabilities encoding business logic into automated workflows.
Create frontend components for AI-powered surfaces including dashboards and UIs.
Collaborate with product, infra, and platform teams to ensure cohesive experiences.
Design observable, self-correcting systems with minimal human intervention.
Mentor junior engineers and raise technical bar on the team.
Translate model improvements into architectural decisions and UX updates.
