Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
Experience leading operations with 100+ salaried and hourly staff.

Experience across multiple fulfillment centers nationwide.

Responsibilities

Owns and manages the operational budget including safety, productivity and labor planning.
Deliver long-term strategic planning (3, 6, 12 months) for outbound or inbound operations.
Drive continuous improvement projects to boost productivity and cost savings.
Set objectives for safety, quality, productivity and customer experience; monitor performance.
Collaborate with HR, Finance, Maintenance, Safety, IT to secure resources for projects.
