Circle K is seeking a senior logistics leader to oversee end-to-end refined fuel movement across a defined region. This role drives safe, cost-effective, and reliable logistics while optimizing carrier performance and leading a 24/7 operations team.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in logistics, strong leadership, and deep knowledge of fuel networks, TMS, and budgeting. The position emphasizes cross-functional collaboration and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, business, or related field.
• 10+ years in logistics or supply chain operations.
• 5+ years of people leadership in logistics operations or related role.
• Experience managing bulk transportation and large trucking fleets.
• Experience operating in a 24/7 logistics environment.
• Strong knowledge of fuel logistics, terminal operations, and pipeline networks.
• Experience with transportation management, dispatch, and telematics systems.
• Solid understanding of logistics financials, cost drivers, and budgeting.
• Data analysis capability with experience using reporting tools and KPIs.
• Understanding of regulatory and safety requirements in transportation/logistics.
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams, set direction, and drive accountability.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day refined fuel logistics operations across the region.
• Develop and manage a high-performing logistics team.
• Oversee routing, dispatch, and carrier execution.
• Monitor costs, KPIs, and drive continuous improvement.
• Partner with finance for budgeting and forecasting.
• Ensure safety, regulatory compliance, and audit readiness.
