Job summary

Chomps is seeking a senior FSQA leader to oversee supplier onboarding and monitoring for compliance with our standards. You will build strong supplier relationships, and drive a culture of continuous improvement across the supply base.

You will also ensure timely resolution of product safety issues through root cause analysis and preventive measures, mentoring salaried reports, and aligning FSQA with business goals. This role offers a flexible remote schedule within the United States.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Chemistry, Microbiology, or related field.
• 10+ years FSQA experience.
• Strong knowledge of FSIS, FDA, HACCP, GFSI, traceability, recall, and labeling requirements.
• Minimum 5 years of experience leading and developing salaried direct reports.

Responsibilities

• Lead team efforts to onboard and monitor suppliers for compliance with Chomps standards.
• Develop win-win supplier relationships with a continuous improvement mindset.
• Ensure timely resolution of product safety issues with root cause analysis and preventive measures.
