Job summary

Chomps seeks a Director, FSQA – Supplier to lead supplier compliance, risk assessment, and data feedback across our growing food platform. You will partner with procurement, R&D, manufacturing, and customer experience teams to drive quality and safety from raw materials to finished products.

Remote role with up to 15% travel; requires 10+ years FSQA, HACCP/PCQI, and strong leadership. Competitive salary with 25% annual bonus, plus comprehensive benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Chemistry, Microbiology, or a related field.
• HACCP and/or PCQI training or certification.
• Extensive FSQA experience, multi-site leadership, and vendor risk management.

Responsibilities

• Lead onboarding and monitoring of supplier compliance.
• Develop supplier scorecards and track performance.
• Drive root cause analysis for product safety/quality issues.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with procurement, R&D, manufacturing, and customer experience.
• Lead and mentor FSQA team members for growth and alignment.
