Job summary

Sysco Texas—Dallas area is seeking an experienced FSQA leader to develop and direct safety and quality programs across multiple facilities. You’ll oversee supplier approvals, product sourcing, plant sanitation, and FSQA regulatory interactions, mentoring staff and coordinating third-party audits.

The role requires extensive experience in food safety, HACCP, GMPs, and SQF/GFSI schemes, with a strong ability to train teams and communicate with stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 5-10 years produce and/or food manufacturing experience with FSQA management
• 3-5 years FSQA management with R&D or production-operations in produce processing

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead FSQA programs including HACCP, Sanitation SOPs, Pest Control, GMPs, Approved Supplier Program, Foreign Material Control, Plant Sanitation, Chemical Control, Product QA, FSQA Customer Complaints, Food Defense and Security
