Job summary

Intertek is seeking a Senior Consultant to join our Food Safety and Quality Assurance team, with remote work options. Provide hands-on consulting to food industry clients across SQF, BRCGS, and FSSC 22000, ensuring audit readiness and sustained compliance.

With 10+ years in food safety and auditing and 2+ years in consulting or training, you will lead HACCP plans, deliver training, and maintain strong client relationships while traveling domestically 80%+ as needed.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in food safety and auditing with 2+ years in consulting/training.
• Strong knowledge of USDA-FSIS and FDA requirements.
• Experience with SQF, BRCGS, FSSC 22000 and auditor certification.
• Current PCQI and HACCP certifications; PCQI for Human Food Trainer preferred.
• Proven client-facing consulting, training, and relationship management.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on consulting to SQF, BRCGS, and FSSC 22000 clients.
• Lead HACCP/Food Safety Plans, prerequisite programs, and records.
• Deliver Preventive Controls for Human Food and other trainings.
• Build trusted client relationships and ensure timely deliverables.
• Promote Intertek Alchemy products and coordinate with BD teams.
