Job summary

Infiltrator Water Technologies is seeking a Senior Composite Design Engineer to lead FRP product development for infrastructure. You will leverage expertise in closed-mold processes, structural analysis, and 3D CAD to drive design across tanks, covers, and structural components.

The role requires 5+ years in composite design (10+ preferred), strong collaboration across cross-functional teams, and willingness to travel for project leadership and field validation.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in composite product design; 10+ years preferred.
• Expertise in closed-mold composite processes (RTM, vacuum infusion).
• Strong structural engineering capabilities and knowledge of resins, reinforcements, cores, adhesives, coatings.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of FRP composite products for infrastructure applications.
• Collaborate with Sales and OEM partners to identify opportunities and drive innovation.
• Oversee manufacturing processes, especially closed molding techniques (RTM, vacuum infusion).
• Perform structural analysis and guide product testing and validation.
