You will design, evaluate, and deploy intelligent agents that combine frontier models with structured data, retrieval, memory, and enterprise software. Join a team building multi-agent architectures across industries, shaping guardrails, observability, and cost-conscious pipelines.

Qualifikationen

• 8+ years in software, ML, or applied AI.
• Strong Python programming skills.
• Experience building production AI systems with LLMs.
• Familiar with OpenAI, Claude, MCP and agent frameworks.
• Solid ML fundamentals and model evaluation skills.
• Excellent communication with enterprise customers.

Aufgaben

• Design and deploy production AI agents with LLMs, retrieval and memory.
• Architect systems combining LLMs, knowledge, and deterministic software.
• Develop multi-agent coordination and tooling integration.
• Translate frontier AI research into scalable production systems.
• Own experimentation from hypothesis to production rollout.
• Measure business impact through online experiments and metrics.
