HireTalent is seeking a Frontend Technical Lead to guide architecture, development, and delivery of modern web applications and digital platforms.

The role combines hands-on engineering with technical leadership to deliver secure, scalable, accessible, and high-performing user experiences. You will mentor engineers, and collaborate with Product Owners, UX teams, architects, backend engineers, and DevOps across our global organization.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 8+ years of software development experience, including experience as a Technical Lead or senior technical contributor.
• Experience delivering enterprise-scale web applications with strong knowledge of performance, scalability, accessibility, and secure development.
• Experience integrating REST and/or GraphQL APIs; working knowledge of Node.js is preferred.
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD, Git, automated testing, and modern DevOps practices.
• Ability to influence technical decisions, communicate clearly, and lead across teams in an Agile environment.

Responsabilidades

• Lead frontend architecture and development using ReactJS and TypeScript.
• Define engineering standards, reusable patterns, code quality practices, and technical guardrails.
• Partner with UX designers to deliver intuitive, responsive, and accessible experiences using design systems.
• Integrate applications with REST and GraphQL APIs, including Node.js backend-for-frontend services where appropriate.
• Drive CI/CD, automated testing, observability, performance, security, and production reliability.
• Resolve complex technical issues and proactively manage technical debt.
• Mentor engineers through technical coaching, architecture reviews, and code reviews.
• Collaborate with global product, architecture, platform, and business teams to deliver enterprise digital solutions.
