Job summary

Wintermeyer Ventures is seeking a frontend software engineer to join an early fintech team in San Francisco. You will shape the product and frontend foundations, building a revenue operating platform for the senior care industry and shipping user-facing features for operators and families.

You will collaborate across teams to define solutions, evolve the design system, and improve frontend tooling while working in a hybrid role based in San Francisco, CA.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years of frontend engineering experience with strong React skills and experience with TypeScript or JavaScript.
• Experience building product-facing interfaces such as dashboards, portals, or user-facing applications.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related engineering field, or equivalent relevant background.
• Experience at an early-stage or growth-stage startup.

About the Role

Join an early-stage fintech engineering team building a revenue operating platform for the senior care industry. You will help shape the product and frontend foundations, creating tools that support senior care operators and the families they serve.

What You'll Do

What We're Looking For

• Three to six years of frontend software engineering experience, with strong React skills and experience with TypeScript or JavaScript.
• Experience building product-facing interfaces such as dashboards, portals, or user-facing applications.
• A bachelor's degree in computer science or a related engineering field, or equivalent relevant background.
• Experience at an early-stage or growth-stage startup.
• Clear communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience with Storybook or component-driven development is helpful.
• Fintech or healthtech experience, such as payments, billing, claims, or electronic health records, is a plus.
• Must be based in the United States and authorized to work as a U.S. citizen, permanent resident, or through an employer-sponsored TN visa. Employer visa sponsorship is not available.

Compensation & Benefits

Base salary: $160,000 to $225,000 annually. Employer visa sponsorship is not available.
