Qualifications

This role ensures best-in-class user experiences through architectural leadership, mentorship, and close collaboration with design and backend teams. The Senior Frontend Engineer plays a key role in defining frontend standards, driving best practices, and elevating the overall engineering culture.

QUALIFICATIONS

Required:

• 5+ years of experience in frontend engineering with deep expertise in JavaScript, TypeScript, and a modern framework (React preferred).


• Proven experience delivering large-scale, performant, and accessible web applications.


• Strong understanding of frontend architecture, state management, and testing practices.


• Experience collaborating cross-functionally with product, design, and backend engineering teams.


• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and mentorship skills.

Preferred:

• Experience leading technical initiatives and improving frontend platforms at scale.


• Familiarity with micro-frontend architecture, server-side rendering (SSR), and design systems.


• Contributions to open-source projects or internal tooling initiatives.

Salary Range: 105,000 - 145,000

U.S. Venture's compensation range is specific to location and takes into account a wide range of factors that are considered including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case.
