epilot in Cologne is seeking a Senior Product Engineer (Frontend) to shape a leading SaaS experience for energy markets. You will build and evolve React applications, translating UX designs into highly usable interfaces in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Join a cross-functional team with backend, design and product management, embracing modern tools like TypeScript, GraphQL and AWS. You’ll ship early, iterate fast, and push the boundaries of ecommerce software.

Qualifications

• 4–5 years professional experience with JavaScript.
• Experience with React (Hooks, state management, routing), ES6, TypeScript, Webpack, ESLint.
• Experience implementing highly responsive UI components using React.
• Nice to have: GraphQL, Node.js, AWS.
• Solid CSS/HTML skills for UI perfection.
• Ideally some ecommerce environment experience.
• Basic understanding of application and cloud security principles.

Responsibilities

• Frontend development on the new and ongoing React applications.
• Implement user interfaces based on wireframes and designs from UX.
• Write unit and end-to-end tests for developed features.
• Help the team analyze and fix issues.
• Contribute to feature conception and optimization in an agile, cross-functional team.
• Collaborate with other teams to improve epilot’s product and stack.
