Qualifications

• 8+ years of relevant software development experience, with a clear focus on frontend engineering.
• Deep expertise in React, TypeScript, and modern frontend tooling (Vite, Webpack).
• Strong grasp of web performance, accessibility (WCAG), and internationalization (including RTL).

Responsibilities

• Set the technical vision and long-term architectural direction for the frontend platform.
• Design, build, and evolve shared foundations—design system, component libraries, state management patterns.
• Drive developer experience improvements: CI/CD pipelines, linting, type safety, metrics.
