Job summary

Uber is seeking a frontend engineer to own new products from concept to delivery at Uber scale. You will collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into cross-functional solutions and build web apps using React, GraphQL, Flow, and CSS-in-JS, leveraging Uber's open-source tools like Base UI and Fusion.js.

You will work with Data Science and Product teams to measure feature success and iterate on delightful user experiences, while mentoring junior engineers and providing technical

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in web development.
• Proficient in JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML, CSS.
• Proficient with frameworks/libraries: React.js, Vue.js, Node.js, Angular or Next.js.
• Strong communication skills and ability to ship high-quality features on schedule.

Responsibilities

• As a frontend engineer, own our latest products from inception to delivery at the Uber scale.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and build cross-functional solutions.
• Design and build web applications using React, GraphQL, Flow, CSS in JS, Node.js, and Uber open-source tools.
