The Trade Desk is seeking a senior software engineer to design, build, and own full lifecycle software across distributed systems. You will deliver features from inception to production, working with UX and product management to ensure modern, scalable interfaces.

Candidates should have 7+ years in software development, strong CS fundamentals, and experience with JavaScript/TypeScript and front-end React/Redux. Server-side skills (C#, Java, NodeJS, SQL) are a plus.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of software development engineering experience.
• Proficient in JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Bachelor's/Master's degree in computer science or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Experience building enterprise level services.
• Nice-to-have: server-side tech such as C#, Java, NodeJS, SQL; front-end React/Redux.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, deliver, and own full lifecycle software from inception to production.
• Demonstrate understanding of the full software development lifecycle.
• Lead complex changes involving multiple components and teams.
• Deliver quality changes with tests, metrics, and monitoring.
