Job summary

As an early engineer at Sift, you’ll help define the architecture, shape the product, and influence the culture of a company focused on solving real engineering problems. You’ll build high-performance data visualization interfaces and reusable component libraries for complex telemetry data.

You’ll create intuitive user interfaces for data exploration while optimizing for large real-time datasets and collaborate with backend teams on API design and implementation for seamless user experiences.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional experience building web applications and data-driven tools.
• Strong experience building production applications with React, NextJS, and TypeScript.
• Experience with modern CSS (Tailwind) and component libraries (Radix UI) for building design systems.
• Knowledge of web performance optimization and browser rendering.

Responsibilities

• Build high-performance data visualization interfaces and reusable component libraries for complex telemetry data.
• Create intuitive user interfaces for data exploration while optimizing for large real-time datasets.
• Collaborate with backend teams on API design and implementation for seamless user experiences.
