Procore Technologies is seeking a Senior Software Engineer (Frontend) to join its Product & Technology team in Austin. You will own and lead critical frontend projects, mentor junior engineers, and help improve frontend architecture to deliver scalable features for our Construction Financials division.

You will collaborate with Engineering, Product, and UX to design user-centric solutions, leveraging React, TypeScript, Node.js, Rails, and AWS in a CI/CD environment with ArgoCD and Kubernetes.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of Object-Oriented Programming and/or Functional Programming fundamentals.
• 5+ years of experience with JavaScript.
• Strong experience with React or equivalent client-side frameworks and TypeScript; bonus: AG Grid experience.
• Experience with contributing to and maintaining shared libraries.
• Understanding of tradeoffs between technical, analytical and product goals; able to balance requirements.
• Proven expertise with modern web development including development, testing, staging, deploying, and monitoring.
• Experience teaching/mentoring and developing more junior-level engineers.

Responsabilidades

• Own and lead critical projects within the Procore Construction Financials division.
• Deliver high impact, scalable, and performant features to meet customer needs.
• Help establish standards for development teams and collaborate on initiatives with infrastructure, platform, and other software engineering teams.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Product, and UX to design and build solutions that delight users and solve critical business problems.
• Leverage our tech stack: Ruby/Rails/Node.js/React/Postgres hosted on AWS and increasingly using Kubernetes and languages such as Java and Typescript, CircleCI for CI, and ArgoCD/in-house CD tool.
• Leverage AI-assisted development workflows across planning, implementation, testing, and incident response to improve delivery speed and engineering quality.
