Job summary
Alpaca is seeking a Senior Frontend Engineer in the United States to design, implement, and maintain high-quality frontend apps powering our trading experiences for millions of users. You will own the frontend architecture for trading dashboards and collaborate closely with product, design, and backend teams to deliver polished, performant interfaces.
You should bring 5+ years of frontend experience with TypeScript/React, 3+ years mobile development for Android/iOS, and strong expertise with
Qualifications
- 5+ years of frontend development experience with TypeScript/React.
- 3+ years of mobile app development for Android and iOS.
- 2+ years of experience with modern systems programming languages (Go, C++, or Rust).
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to translate product mockups into UI.
- Proficient with HTML/CSS and TailwindCSS.
- Experience with REST APIs and WebSockets.
- Experience with relational databases and SQL.

- Design, implement, and maintain frontend applications powering trading dashboards and related UX.
