Job summary

Software Technology Inc. seeks an experienced Frontend Engineer to design, develop, and maintain scalable consumer-facing web apps using React, TypeScript and Next.js, with Kubernetes deployment.

You will build fast UI for buyers, sellers and renters, contribute to a shared design system, and integrate GraphQL/REST data with robust error handling. You will own performance, accessibility, and CI/CD pipelines, mentor peers, and collaborate with backend engineers on API contracts.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of frontend engineering, with strong React and TypeScript.
• Experience with Next.js or other server-side rendering.
• GraphQL client and REST integration.
• Build tooling (Webpack, Babel or Vite) and state-management patterns.
• Testing with Jest and React Testing Library, plus E2E testing with Playwright or Cypress.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines (CircleCI, GitHub Actions or similar) and containerized deployment (Docker) to Kubernetes (K8s).
• Hands-on Kubernetes (K8s) basics for your own app: reading pod logs, tuning Helm values, checking ArgoCD sync status and rolling back a bad release.
