Job summary

Regnology is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join our international R&D team and deliver frontend applications for complex reporting workflows in the RegTech space.

You will lead design and implementation of React and Angular features, set technical direction, and mentor teammates in an agile environment, focusing on data-heavy UIs and reusable components. Based in Poland with on-site or hybrid options.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of commercial frontend experience with React/Angular/TypeScript.
• Ownership of frontend features end-to-end, not just tickets.
• Experience with design systems and theming.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and implementation of React and Angular applications for complex reporting workflows.
• Set technical direction for frontend work: architecture, patterns, quality bar.
• Develop and maintain a component library (Storybook) and ensure consistent UI across products.
• Mentor less experienced engineers through reviews and pairing.
• Collaborate with product, QA, and backend engineers in an agile team; improve code quality with automated tests.
