Job summary

Stripe is seeking a Senior Frontend Engineer for its Payments UI team in San Francisco. You will own component architecture, drive performance across Dashboard and Checkout, and collaborate with design to evolve the design token system.

You will review code, mentor engineers, and contribute to Stripe’s internal component library used by hundreds of engineers worldwide.

We're looking for a Senior Frontend Engineer who obsesses over the craft of UI: code that's fast, accessible, and visually precise.

You'll work directly on the components and pages that handle billions of dollars in transaction volume. The quality bar is extremely high - every interaction must work flawlessly across devices, connection speeds, and languages.
