Qualifikationen

• 3–5+ years building production web applications with React/Next.js.
• Strong TypeScript fundamentals guiding design and implementation.
• Experience with responsive UI, accessibility (WCAG 2.1 AA), performance.
• Familiarity with modern frontend tooling and monorepos.
• Experience building for unreliable networks and offline capability.

• Build and ship across three Next.js frontends (member onboarding, BYOD enrollment, admin).
• Shape frontend architecture and shared component libraries for consistency.
• Collaborate with product, design, and operations to translate goals into roadmaps.
