Included Health is looking for a Senior Software Engineer to help build the next generation of our member experience across the web. This front-end-first full-stack role emphasizes accessible, high-performance web experiences and contributions to backend services and APIs.

You’ll join the Member Experience team, shaping technical direction, improving our build processes, and growing toward Staff-level scope.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience building and operating production web applications.
• Deep frontend expertise with JavaScript/TypeScript and React.
• Strong understanding of frontend architecture, state management, performance, and accessibility.
• Experience delivering responsive, accessible web experiences that meet real user needs.
• Full-stack capability to contribute to APIs and backend services.
• Ability to make technical decisions in ambiguous spaces and partner with Product/Design.

Aufgaben

• Build and evolve high-quality member-facing web experiences using modern frontend technologies.
• Own meaningful projects end to end from problem to measurement.
• Contribute across the full stack including APIs and backend services.
• Define frontend architecture, state management, testing, and performance practices.
• Collaborate with Product, Design, Data, Clinical, and other teams to turn complex workflows into simple experiences.
• Improve developer experience with tooling, testing, and standards.
• Mentor engineers and contribute to a culture of feedback and ownership.
