Job summary

Storm2 is seeking a Senior Frontend Engineer to lead a growing engineering team and build production-grade web applications. You will own frontend architecture across surfaces, coordinate with product and design, and ensure polished UI and performance.

The stack includes TypeScript, React, React Native, and Vite; you’ll partner with backend, infra, and QA teams while staying hands-on. Strong design sense and cross-functional collaboration are essential.

Qualifications

• Senior frontend engineer with 7+ years building production web applications.
• Experience managing engineers, including 1:1s, performance reviews, hiring, and growth.
• Strong design partnership skills and ability to push back on interactions when needed.
• Comfortable across the full stack, reading API contracts and debugging end-to-end.

Responsibilities

• Manage the team. Run 1:1s, set goals, give feedback, hire, mentor.
• Own the release process across surfaces and coordinate deployments.
• Ship the hardest features end-to-end with cross-functional collaboration.
