Pulley is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to lead frontend product experiences for founder-focused equity and workflow tools. You’ll shape product direction, influence architecture, and mentor teammates as the cap table and business-management tooling scales in an AI-native world.

You’ll collaborate with design, product, and backend/AI engineers to deliver polished, performant experiences that simplify complex workflows for thousands of founders.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience building production web apps.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript and React.
• Experience shipping features end-to-end with high quality and performance.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of core frontend features.
• Collaborate with product/design to scope and ship features.
• Work with backend/data/AI engineers to create seamless integrations.
• Mentor junior/mid engineers and improve engineering practices.
• Own reliability and quality of features and systems.
