Job summary

Pulley is seeking a frontend-focused Software Engineer to join our product-minded team. You will build rich, interactive features in our web platform, collaborating with designers, PMs, and engineers to deliver polished experiences for thousands of founders.

You'll work across the stack with React and TypeScript, shaping the end-to-end user experience and contributing to our frontend architecture. This role offers competitive salary, equity, and generous WFH stipends in a fast-growing startup

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience building and shipping production-level frontend applications.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript and experience with React or similar frameworks.
• A product mindset. You think in terms of user experience and business value, not just code.
• A strong eye for UI detail and interest in creating polished, accessible user interfaces.
• Comfort working across the stack and collaborating closely with cross-functional teammates.
• A bias toward action, curiosity, and continuous improvement.

About the role

We’re looking for a Software Engineer to join our growing team of product-minded engineers. This role sits at the heart of how we build intuitive, powerful tools for startup founders. Tools that help them manage their equity, understand their business, and make critical decisions faster. You’ll work closely with designers, PMs, and fellow engineers to bring polished, performant experiences to life. Annual Salary Range: $105,000—$180,000 USD. The range above reflects the typical salary range for this role. The final offer will depend on factors such as your experience, interview performance, level, and other considerations assessed during the hiring process.
