Coinbase, Inc. is seeking a Senior Software Engineer, Frontend (Identity) to own user-facing experiences for login, signup, OAuth, account security, and MFA across the Identity Horizontal team within Platform. You will lead end-to-end frontend delivery, steer the Native vs.

Webview architecture, and mentor engineers as the team scales. Requirements include 5+ years of production frontend engineering with React and TypeScript, and a track record of delivering ambiguous, complex projects.

Formación

• 5+ years of production frontend engineering experience with React and TypeScript.
• Led end-to-end delivery of ambiguous, complex frontend initiatives.
• Authored and reviewed technical design documents with cross-functional teams.
• Demonstrated ability to reduce systemic technical debt and improve reliability.
• Mentored engineers and led team rituals (on-call, code reviews, incident response).

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end frontend projects from design through deployment and monitoring for login, signup, OAuth, and account security.
• Author and review design documents; break down initiatives into executable plans.
• Drive Native vs. Webview architecture strategy for authentication surfaces.
• Identify and resolve technical debt across the team's codebase.
• Lead team rituals and mentor engineers on frontend craft.
