• 5+ years of production frontend engineering experience with React and TypeScript.
• Authored and driven technical design documents through cross-functional review.
• Demonstrated ability to identify and resolve systemic technical debt across a codebase.
• Experience mentoring engineers and leading team rituals (on-call, code reviews, incident response).
• Uses generative AI responsibly with human oversight to improve workflow efficiency, cost, and quality.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end frontend projects from design through deployment and monitoring for login, signup, OAuth, account security, and multi-user/organization support.
• Author and review technical design documents and break down complex initiatives into executable plans.
• Drive identity architecture strategy for authentication surfaces, evaluating latency, reliability, and user experience trade-offs.
• Identify and resolve technical debt and quality issues across the team’s codebase.
• Lead team rituals including on-call, code review, and incident response; mentor engineers.
