Ethyca is seeking a Senior II Frontend Engineer to shape product strategy and drive the frontend architecture for enterprise-scale data governance interfaces. You will mentor engineers, design reusable components, and deliver high-impact features that enable Fortune 500 clients to manage data privacy at scale.

You will work across the stack with emphasis on performance, accessibility, and a strong UX, leveraging AI-assisted tools to accelerate development and improve code quality.

Qualifications

• 8+ years building production-grade web applications with modern frontend frameworks.
• Expert-level proficiency with TypeScript, React, and modern frontend development.
• Strong experience with Ant Design component library and design systems.
• Proficient with Storybook for component development and documentation.
• Passionate about automated testing with Jest and Cypress.

Responsibilities

• Lead frontend architecture and build complex UI components and dashboards.
• Mentor engineers and drive frontend best practices across the team.
• Develop scalable, accessible interfaces for enterprise clients.
• Collaborate with Product, Design, and Backend teams to deliver high-impact features.
• Ensure performance, reliability, and maintainability at scale.
