Job summary

ALSO. is hiring a Senior Frontend Engineer, Design Systems & Commerce to shape our storefronts and campaigns. You will own product, collection and seasonal pages, extend a design system, and collaborate with creative and UX to ship high-quality pages quickly.

We value strong Shopify expertise, experience with multi-product brands and catalogs, and a modern frontend stack (JavaScript/TypeScript, CSS, React). Expect a fast-paced startup environment and meaningful ownership.

Qualifications

Strong Shopify experience with Liquid and Online Store 2.0 architecture.
Experience building for multi-product brands and catalogs across goods and apparel.
Proven execution across seasonal campaigns and multiple launches.
Experience extending a design system with a component library and tokens.
Expert frontend skills: JavaScript/TypeScript, CSS, React or equivalent, build tooling.

Responsibilities

Own frontend storefronts including product, collection pages and seasonal landing pages.
Grow and steward design system components, tokens, and layout patterns.
Architect Shopify theme sections and metafields for marketing teams.
Collaborate with creative/UX to ship pages based on concepts and feedback.
Own merchandising surfaces, filtering, colorways, cross-sell modules, and inventory states.
Support campaigns with scheduled launches and clean takedowns.
Maintain Core Web Vitals, accessibility, cross-browser compatibility, and analytics instrumentation.
Work with backend engineers on data contracts and API integrations.
