Qualifications

• 4+ years of non-internship front end, web or mobile development using JavaScript, HTML and CSS.
• 5+ years of front-end development creating prototypes or wireframes for enterprise web applications or workflows.
• Experience developing with MVC/MVM frameworks (e.g. React.JS, AngularJS, Vue).

Responsibilities

• Design and implement core components of the agent safety platform, including policy authoring, policy management, policy audit and agent simulation.
• Deliver agent safety experience in products where customers create agents (e.g., Kiro, Quick, and other platforms).
• Develop and operate the area.
• Mentor junior engineers, contribute to technical design reviews, and raise the bar on engineering practices across the team.
