Job summary

AWS is seeking a Senior Front End Engineer to work at the intersection of Automated Reasoning and cloud-scale distributed systems. You will design, build and operate the agent safety platform that enables customers to define boundaries for agent operation and audit simulations.

You'll collaborate with world-class scientists and engineers to turn research breakthroughs into production services. The role offers high impact in a small team with visible contributions.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of front end web or mobile software development using JavaScript, HTML and CSS.
• 1+ years of computer science fundamentals (OOP, data structures, algorithms).
• Experience with JavaScript frameworks such as Angular and React.
• 1+ years of agile software development experience.
• Experience with HTML, CSS, JS, TypeScript, and Node.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement core components of the agent safety platform, including policy authoring and simulation.
• Deliver agent safety experiences in products where customers create agents.
• Develop and operate the area and mentor junior engineers.
• Contribute to technical design reviews and raise engineering practices.
