Job summary

Scribe is seeking a Senior Frontend Engineer to own a product area end to end—from design through launch and post-release. You’ll be matched to one of four teams during the interview, based on business needs and your background: Agents, Docs, Growth, or Optimize.

You’ll collaborate with PMs, designers and other engineers to decide what to build and how, while upholding strong engineering practices. You’ll contribute to fast, accessible UI, frontend performance, and ship impactful features that

Qualifications

5+ years of production software experience.
Deep JavaScript knowledge with a modern frontend framework.
Track record of improving frontend performance and accessibility.
Comfortable with unclear problems and fast change.
Nice to have: AI/LLM product experience, startup environment.

Responsibilities

Own projects from design to launch, on established products and new ones.
Work with PMs, designers and other engineers to decide what to build and how.
Contribute to technical discussions, balancing short-term delivery with long-term architecture.
Uphold strong engineering practices: code review, test coverage and observability.
Build fast, accessible UI and own frontend performance.
Work with designers to turn early ideas into shipped products.
