You will craft accessible UI, collaborate across product teams, and mentor engineers while setting standards for the modernization effort. The role supports remote work within the US, with a Gainesville, FL heritage and a strong emphasis on people-first culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or related field and 6 years of relevant experience or equivalent combination.
• 5+ years of frontend development experience with modern frameworks and languages.

Responsibilities

• Design and build frontend features that are clean, scalable, fast, and accessible.
• Help unify user experience across products using design language and components.
• Support and modernize existing applications while delivering new features.
• Contribute to technical direction and evaluate new approaches.
• Stay current with frontend tooling and browser capabilities.
• Collaborate with teams to expand AI-assisted development and workflows.
• Provide technical leadership and mentor engineers.
