Job summary

Nordic Naturals is seeking a senior Full-Stack Developer to join the technical team overseeing multiple high-volume eCommerce sites. The role emphasizes frontend work with React/Next.js and Shopify integrations, while requiring comfort with backend tools and AWS, Docker, and SQL.

You will participate in code reviews, write documentation, and collaborate across North America in a hybrid setting, using Agile/Scrum and Atlassian tools, with a focus on scalable, secure architecture and end-to-end

Qualifications

• 3+ years relevant experience and a Bachelor's degree OR Any equivalent combination of education and experience
• Strong expertise in React and Next.js (required)
• Expert-level abilities in HTML/CSS and FE tools like SASS/LESS, Vite, Webpack
• Deep experience with React frameworks like Next, Remix, Fastify, Hydrogen
• Advanced Shopify development experience including Shopify CLI, Liquid templates, custom apps, UI extensions, and functions
• Advanced experience with git and branching strategies
• Understanding of CI/CD principles
• Ability to architect systems end-to-end
• Authentication knowledge with OAuth providers like Auth0 and cybersecurity basics
• Unit/functional testing and monitoring basics

Responsibilities

• Write organized, testable frontend code with inline documentation
• Plan UX to translate user journeys into mobile-first UI respecting brand standards
• Participate in code reviews and QA feedback cycles
• Generate documentation as part of deliverables
• Work in Agile/Scrum with Atlassian tools
• Evaluate and adopt emergent frontend technologies
• Collaborate with hybrid North America team
• Tackle full-stack tasks when needed
